To return to this HowTo screen, swipe left from the contact list screen, or tap "•••" button on the top-right, then the "•••"―"More" tab on the pop up control panel.

To Call:

When on the contact list screen, double tap the desired contact to call.

When on the detailed contact information screen, double tap on the desired number to call, or single tap on the desired number to bring up a list of choices and choose "Call".

To SMS:

When on the contact list screen, use search to bring up the desired contact to be among the top three, swipe right to bring up a selection dialogue of the top three contact listed, choose the contact to send SMS message. 

When on the detailed contact information screen, tap the desired number to bring up a list of choices and choose "Text" to send text message. Or swipe right on any blank area of the detailed contact information screen to send text message. Note that swipe right   right on top of the number will bring up the delete button.

To Forward Name and Number: 

When on the detailed contact information screen, tap the desired number to bring up a list of choices and choose "Send Name & Number". This will bring up the multiple contact selection screen. Search and select the desired contact(s) to forward to, swipe right to bring up the SMS messaging screen to send the name and number information in a single text message. 

To SMS to Multiple Contacts:

When on the contact list screen, when the search box is cleared, swipe right to bring up the multiple contact selection screen. Search and select by single tap the desired contacts, the contact will show a check mark √ on the right when selected. To deselect, tap again. Once finished search and selection, swipe right to send message to all the selected contacts. 

Alternative way is to use the "•••" button on the top right of the contact list screen to bring up the control panel. When the search box is cleared, tap on the SMS tab to enter into the multiple contact selection screen. Then swipe right to send message to all the selected contacts.

To SMS to Multiple Numbers of One Contact:

When on the contact list screen, use search to bring up the desired contact to be among the top three, swipe right to bring up the a dialogue to choose from the top three contacts and choose one. If the chosen one has multiple numbers, a selection dialogue will show up with a list of numbers to select. Select one or multiple numbers and press the "Done" button to send.

To Send Email to One or More Addresses 

When on the detailed contact information screen, tap the desired number to bring up a list of choices and choose "Email" to send email message. 

When on the contact list screen, use the "•••" button on the top right to bring up the control panel. When there is search text in the search box, tap the "Email" tab on the control panel to send email message to one of the top three contact listed, and if the chosen contact has multiple email address, a selection dialogue will show up to select one or multiple email addresses to send. Or when the search box is cleared, tap on the "Email" tab to enter into the multiple contact selection screen. Then swipe right to send email message to all the selected contacts.

To Search a Contact by Name

When the "abc" button appears on to the left of the search box, to enter a letter, tap quickly on the keypad it cycle through alphabets. For example, tap number "2" once to enter the letter "a', tap twice to enter "b".  Use the keypad to enter the name initials, or partial names to locate the contact. For example, enter "mt" will match Mark Twain, and also William Makepeace Thackeray. Enter "mat" or "mtw" or "mtwain" or "matw", will pinpoint Mark Twain, and "wmt" or "willmaket" will pinpoint William Kakepeace Thackeray. 

To Search a Contact by Number

Tap on the "abc" button to it switch to "123" button.   Tap the number in the search box to locate the contact with that number. Tap the "123" button to switch back to "abc" button.

To Cal to SMS a New Number

Tap on the "abc" button to it switch to "123" button.   Tap the number in the search box, if this is a new number, the contact list will appear empty. Tap "•••" button to bring up the control panel if it is not already shown. Tap the "Call" tab to make call this number, or tap the "SMS" tab to send a text message. Alternatively, swipe right to send a text message.

To Add or Create New Contact

When on the contact list screen, use the "•••" button on the top right to bring up the control panel. Tap the "Add" tab on the control panel to create new contact when the search box is cleared. If there is search text in the search box, tab the "Add" tab will prompt to choose between "Create New Contact" or "Add to Existing Contact".

To Disable the HowTo Screen at Startup

When on HowTo screen, turn off the "Show HowTo Screen at Startup Switch" on the top center, by sliding the switch to the left.

To Disable the Signature for SMS or Email

When on HowTo screen, tap the "Settings" tab on the bottom right to bring up the settings screen. Scroll down to locate the settings for SMS or Email signature, change the text or turn of the signature function completely by sliding the switch to the left.
